BAE are renowned for creating spectacular and once in a lifetime events, where the most intricate of detail is taken into consideration.
To give you a flavour of some of these, here is a selection of events we have organised or assisted with over the last few years, along with new projects that are in the planning phase.
CPHVA Awards – An annual ceremony held at the stunning OXO2 in London for the last three years. This is a day event held to celebrate the successes of Health Visitors and Community Practitioners in practice. Every year the profile of the event has been raised from previous years, along with an increase in the number of delegates attending.
CPHVA Conference – Our presence at this Conference during 2014/15, has been to raise the profile of services available to Health Visitors/Community Practitioners and market the Awards event.
Food & Farming Awards – A spectacular annual ceremony held at the House of Commons – This is an evening event held to celebrate the achievements of Farmers/Growers/Retailers and is followed by an Afterparty held at the Marriott hotel, Westminster Bridge. Every year since 2014, whilst we have been involved with this event, the demand for tickets has far exceeded capacity.
Food and Farming Sponsors’ Lunch – This was held at the Gherkin in London for all of the sponsors supporting the Food and Farming Awards event.
Cream Awards and Conference – This combines a day and evening event. The Conference includes key speakers from the farming/agriculture and pharmaceutical industries. In the evening the achievements of the best Dairy Farmers/Retailers are recognised in a lavish Awards ceremony. We are pleased to have been involved with this event since 2014.
Special Celebrations – Including 18th & 50th Celebration parties, Wedding anniversaries and Christenings – These have catered for 100 – 200 guests, with special themes e.g. Masquerade party on a river boat cruise along the Thames, horse theme in a marquee, army theme and many more.
Celebrity Dinner Parties – Creating a special night to remember, with drinks reception, canapes and dinner for guests of groups of 10+.
Weddings in a Barn Setting – Catering for 100+ guests, along with live music and bar, for that once in a lifetime celebration.
Charity Events – Organisation of catering and bar for themed musical/games evenings for 100+ guests. Helped to raise funding for Leukaemia research/St. Michael’s Hospice/Text Santa/Clic Sargent.
These are very diverse and range from 10 delegates to 100+. They include activities such as clay pigeon shooting, day at the races, fun day, cookery classes, Japanese themed evening, evening of magic and helicopter tours along the river Thames, to mention just a few.
World-wide Congress to be held in the UK in 2019
Working with our client, we have sourced stunning venues in Windsor, including The Castle Hotel situated opposite to the splendid Windsor castle, one of the main residencies of the Royal family, to accommodate 300+ delegates attending from around the world. We are also assisting our client with the planning of the weekly itinerary and activities to make this event a once in a lifetime experience.
Winter Polo Festival 2016
BAE were chosen to partner with Westcroft Park polo club based in Surrey, to be their official hospitality providers for the Winter Polo Festival programme throughout December. This has involved, marketing the event across a variety of media, the selling of VIP hospitality packages within the upper tier box of the clubhouse and marquee and preparing the venue for its festivities. The programme has included very high profile matches such as, the Bolebrook bowl 15 goal and Chris Hyde, renowned England captain leading his team to compete against some of the best players in the world.
